Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 3+ years in machine maintenance.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and safety procedures.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs and stand for long periods; basic schematics knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive environment while meeting productivity targets.
• Maintain clean, orderly maintenance work area.
• Perform basic repairs including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems.
• Assist senior technicians with complex repairs following procedures.
• Coordinate repairs with Senior and Subordinate Technicians and troubleshoot on the floor.
• Pass open items to next shift and complete daily paperwork.
• Use procedures for removing/returning spare parts.
