Job summary

Martin Sprocket & Gear, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will troubleshoot equipment, perform repairs, and execute preventative maintenance to minimize downtime across our manufacturing and facilities.

The role requires hands-on expertise with hydraulics, pneumatics, CNC, and electrical systems, plus strong documentation and safety compliance. Shift is 1st, Mon-Fri, with opportunities for growth and skills development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in a manufacturing or facilities maintenance role.
• Ability to perform scheduled preventative maintenance and troubleshoot.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and CNC machinery preferred.
• Knowledge of 110V, 220V, and 480V systems.

Responsibilities

• Equipment troubleshooting to identify root causes and minimize downtime.
• Perform repairs and scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Maintain facilities equipment, tools, and clean work area.
• Maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems across facilities.
• Follow lockout/tagout and safety protocols.
• Document all repairs and parts used for records.
• Support other departments as needed.
• Work schedule: 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM.
