Martin Sprocket & Gear is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to diagnose and repair equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and uphold safety standards on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. The role supports multiple facilities and requires strong teamwork and reliability.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in manufacturing or facilities maintenance, with hands-on diagnostic skills, basic welding, and knowledge of 110/220/480V systems.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in manufacturing or facilities maintenance with hands-on troubleshooting.
• Experience with preventative maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues efficiently.
• Basic welding and fabrication skills can be useful.
• Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and CNC machinery.
• Knowledge of 110/220/480V electrical systems and safety protocols.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team with reliability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose equipment issues and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime.
• Repair machinery and conduct scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Maintain facilities equipment and the work area for safety and efficiency.
• Perform maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Follow lockout/tagout safety procedures and document repairs accurately.
• Support production and other departments as needed with maintenance tasks.
