The role emphasizes precision repairs, safety compliance, and collaboration with the Maintenance Supervisor and engineers to keep presses, pumps, gearboxes, and conveyors operating at peak condition. Occasional overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Some College, Technical School or NCCER certification preferred.
• 3 years minimum in an industrial environment with related on-the-job experience.
• Knowledge of process safety, environmental standards, and site quality processes is expected.
• Willingness to work overtime/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, upgrade, and repair machinery per manufacturer recommendations and design plans.
• Disassemble and install machinery such as presses, pumps, gearboxes, motors, conveyors.
• Align machines and components using measurement tools and laser alignment equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair pumps, turbines, compressors and gearboxes as required.
• Coordinate work with maintenance supervisors, engineers and other craft groups.
