Job summary

Astro Lincoln is seeking a Lincoln Priority Service Technician to perform routine maintenance and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced shop environment.

Responsibilities include oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, fluid top-offs, and documenting repairs with accuracy. Prior Ford/Lincoln dealership experience is a plus; must be able to lift 50 pounds and work a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to identify problems quickly and communicate findings.
Proficiency with basic math, reading, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

Perform oil changes and replace oil filters per manufacturer specs.
Rotate tires and inspect tires for wear and tread depth.
Inspect brakes, battery, air filters, and fluid levels; top off fluids as needed.
Complete multi-point vehicle inspections and document findings.
Operate shop equipment safely and follow dealership policies.
Assist other technicians and participate in ongoing training.
