Job summary

Findlay Toyota Spokane is seeking experienced automotive technicians for our high-volume service department. You will perform repairs, test components, and communicate with the Service Advisor to inform customers about additional work.

Qualifications

• Certifications and prior experience at an automotive dealership.
• Clean driving record.
• Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs per repair order with efficiency.
• Test-drive vehicles and components using diagnostic tools.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, brakes, A/C, etc.
• Communicate with Service Advisor about additional services and timing.
• Execute repairs under manufacturer warranty specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications:

• CERTIFICATIONS & previous experience at an automotive dealership
• Strong teamwork skills
• Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance.
• Clean driving record
