Findlay Auto Group is seeking experienced journeyman automotive technicians to support a booming service business in Henderson, NV. group. You will diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems and communicate clearly with service advisors

Qualifications

• Certifications & prior dealership experience required.
• ASE certification preferred or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs specified on the work order with efficiency and quality.
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to verify repairs.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems (engine, transmission, electrical, brakes, etc.).
• Communicate with Service Advisor regarding repairs and time estimates.
• Execute warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications:

• CERTIFICATIONS & previous experience at an automotive dealership
• Strong teamwork skills
• Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance.
• Clean driving record
