Job summary

Casa Bonita Senior Apartments in Huntington Park, CA is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician / Porter to support both maintenance and porter duties. This full-time position involves hands-on repairs, preventive maintenance, and ensuring clean, safe common areas across the property.

Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, responding to service requests, and coordinating with vendors as needed. A High School Diploma, 1–2 years of experience, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Available to respond to after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Inspects property and equipment daily to determine need and extent of service.
• Responds to service requests in a timely manner; documents work and time spent.
• Implements and supervises the Preventative Maintenance program.
• Keeps maintenance shop organized and ensures safety compliance.
• Performs general repairs and maintenance across plumbing, electrical, and carpentry."
