Job summary

Culver’s of Oregon is seeking a Porter/Maintenance Technician to keep our restaurant and equipment in top condition. You’ll perform interior and exterior maintenance, ensure clean, safe kitchens, and help with general upkeep to uphold high standards of service.

Porters open doors each morning, stock areas, and perform routine maintenance safely and efficiently. The role offers on-the-job training, competitive wages, and opportunities for career growth within Culver’s.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior maintenance to interior and exterior of restaurant timely and accurately.
• Maintain the appearance of the building exterior and grounds effectively, including landscaping and snow removal.
• Put food order away accurately, rotate stock in cooler, freezer and dry storage area using the First In-First Out method while monitoring shelf life and code dates.
• Maintain a basic working knowledge of the operation of all the equipment in the restaurant.
• Complete scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment safely and correctly.
