Job summary

Flagship Communities is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for a Manufactured Home Community in Morgantown, WV. The role covers painting, remodeling, minor plumbing and electrical work, plus landscaping, with emphasis on autonomous, responsible work and safety.

The ideal candidate will have a background in property or building maintenance and plumbing experience, and will contribute to resident service standards while observing health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have property and/or building maintenance experience.
• Plumbing experience.
• Ability to observe health and safety guidelines and take pride in work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs.
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
• Inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs as needed.
• Perform manual repairs (locks, windows, etc.).
• Undertake pest control activities as needed.
• General upkeep and other tasks as assigned.
• Maintain grounds and landscaping.
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure it is followed.
• Mow, weed and hedge trim; perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
