Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC in North Dakota is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver skilled service to residents. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
• EPA certification preferred; if required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• Maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning, appliances, and any other aspect as needed.
• Perform apartment turnover maintenance in three to five business days and turnover checklist completion.
• Common area maintenance including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash, pressure washing, windows cleaning.
• Monitor building exterior for issues with roof, siding, shutters, etc.
• Help maintain an effective preventive maintenance program for area of responsibility.
• Ensure safe condition of all equipment or structures in area of expertise.
• Enter newly purchased tools or equipment into inventory.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Observe all safety rules.
