Job summary

IRT Living at Ballpark at Town Madison in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Service Technician to perform maintenance and respond to service requests, using your plumbing, electrical, and HVAC skills to keep residents satisfied.

You will troubleshoot, inspect property grounds and common areas, assist with apartment turns, and participate in an after-hours on-call rotation while upholding safety and company standards. Valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in property maintenance or related fields.
• EPA I & II and CPO certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and complete repairs including plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC.
• Conduct daily inspections of property grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Assist with apartment turns, painting, repairs, and unit preparation for new residents.
• Maintain organization of tools, equipment, and maintenance areas; ensure safety compliance.
• Be available for after-hours on-call rotation and emergency response.
