Zusammenfassung

AESC US LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced manufacturing equipment at our Repack facility in Blythewood, SC. This hands-on role offers growth potential as early hires help install new equipment and become technical trainers for future teammates.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot PLCs, robotics, electrical and hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and maintain CMMS documentation while mentoring newer

Qualifikationen

2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience including 2+ years with PLCs.
Ability to read electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics and blueprints.
Strong troubleshooting with robotics, electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Leadership potential to mentor and train others.

Aufgaben

Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, robotics, electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
Program, modify, and maintain PLC systems (Omron and Siemens preferred).
Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Maintain accurate documentation using the CMMS work order system.
Train and mentor less experienced team members on equipment best practices.
