Job summary

Belcan seeks an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support a high-volume manufacturing facility in South Carolina. The role requires expert-level mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, including diagnostics, repairs, and rebuilds, with the ability to mentor junior technicians in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

10+ years manufacturing experience or equivalent military/technical cert.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting; mechatronics preferred.
Experience with motor control systems, sensors, and industrial equipment.
Able to work in fast-paced production environment and 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and systems.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
Troubleshoot motor controls, sensors, and PLC-controlled equipment (hardware-level, not programming).
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and recommending solutions.
