Job summary

Freudenberg Morganfield, KY seeks Maintenance Technician to perform inspections, preventive maintenance and safety checks on a range of machines. You will fabricate and weld parts as needed and document all maintenance in the CMM system.

Higher levels involve mid- to advanced PLC and robotics work with support for junior technicians. Qualifications include vocational training in industrial maintenance, experience with mechanical and electrical controls, and PLC/HMI/robot programming

Qualifications

Vocational training in Industrial Maintenance.
Related experience with mechanical and electrical systems and controls.
Electrical, pneumatic and mechanical systems experience.
Programming PLCs, HMIs and robotic systems.
Specific training related to Freudenberg equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform daily inspections, preventive maintenance and safety checks of machines and equipment.
Fabrication and welding for equipment installation and maintenance.
Document preventive maintenance and corrective activities in maintenance log.
Assist with level 2 and 3 tasks including PLC/robot adjustments and system programming.
Provide support to Level 1 and Level 2 technicians and help manage sub projects.
