Job summary

Vibracoustic USA Inc. in Morganfield, KY is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform daily inspections, preventive maintenance and safety checks on all machines.

Responsibilities expand with levels 2 and 3 to include PLC, robot and vision system programming, along with installation and documentation of maintenance activities. The role requires a High School diploma or GED and Vocational Industrial Maintenance training, with a focus on electrical, pneumatic and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Vocational training in Industrial Maintenance.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical systems and controls.
• Experience programming PLCs, HMIs and robotics systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections, preventive maintenance and safety checks of machines.
• Install utilities to machines (electrical, pneumatic, cooling water).
• Document maintenance in PMC and log book.
• Level 2: midlevel PLC, robot and vision system programming.
• Level 3: advanced PLC, robot and vision system programming.
