Job summary

Freudenberg Group in Morganfield, KY is seeking a Maintenance Technician to inspect, service and sustain complex machinery. You will perform preventive maintenance, install electrical and pneumatic services, and document activities in a maintenance system.

The role supports Level 1–3 technicians, including PLC, HMI and robotics programming, and requires vocational training with strong mechanical and electrical skills. This is a full-time on-site position in Kentucky.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED plus vocational maintenance training.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical systems and controls.
• Experience with PLCs, HMIs and robotic systems programming.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections, preventive maintenance and safety checks of machines and equipment.
• Fabrication and welding for equipment installation and maintenance.
• Document preventive and corrective maintenance in the maintenance log book.

## Maintenance TechnicianApplylocations: Morganfield, KYtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R\_00105235**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!**# Responsibilities:Maintenance Technician Level 1Perform assigned daily inspections, preventive maintenance and safety checks of all machines and equipment defined in the maintenance operational system and listing of Key Equipment.Fabrication and welding of items necessary for equipment installation and maintenanceUtilize skills and knowledge to evaluate repair issues with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems of the machinesInstallation of utilities to machines (electrical, pneumatic and cooling water)Document preventive maintenance to CMM software (PMC) and corrective maintenance activities in the maintenance log book.Maintenance Technician Level 2In addition to the requirements of Level 1 Technician the Level 2 Technician will:Perform midlevel programming and adjustment of PLC’s, robots and Vision inspection systems.Interpret specifications, read schematics and manuals to determine corrective measures required for proper maintenance and repair.Maintenance Technician Level 3In addition to the requirements of Level 1 and 2 Technician, the Level 3 Technician will:Perform advanced programming and adjustment of PLC’s, robots and Vision inspection systems.Assist maintenance supervisor in spare parts inventory control through utilization of the CMM software systemUtilize supervisory skills to manage sub projects in the Maintenance DepartmentProvide support and training to Level 1 and Level 2 Maintenance Technicians# Qualifications:Minimum of a High School diploma or GED.Vocational training in Industrial Maintenance.
