Job summary
Voltava is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Arlington, TX to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment in a fast-paced environment. You will support uptime and efficiency through preventive/predictive maintenance, repairs, and continuous improvement while following safety and quality goals.
The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing, PLC/robotics knowledge, and the ability to read schematics. Travel is minimal, with overtime as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in manufacturing/production environment.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and equipment repair.
- Knowledge of robotics, mechanical, welding, and electrical systems.
- PLC troubleshooting and ability to read schematics and blueprints.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment to maximize uptime.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance and analyze machine performance.
- Lead or participate in continuous improvement to enhance safety and efficiency.
- Work independently and with teams to ensure safe operation and compliance.
