Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience or military background in a skilled craft.
• Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Technical knowledge of PLCs, conveyors, belting, hydraulic/pneumatic, motion control, sensors, and 480V+ control systems.
• Willingness to work any shift, overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdowns.

Responsibilities

• Test and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment or systems, including circuits and servo drives.
• Fabricate and machine components to repair jigs, fixtures, and parts for projects and repairs.
• Write, program, troubleshoot, modify, and repair PLCs, CNC machines, robotics, and other electronics.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical equipment, and machine components.
• Perform basic administrative tasks and document work performed.
• Engage in problem solving to continuously improve safety, quality, and productivity.
