Fisher Barton in Loves Park, IL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain electrical, PLC, hydraulics and mechanical systems. The role requires strong technical skills, safety discipline, and the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment under tight deadlines.

Formación

• High School Diploma or 2 years experience as a maintenance technician or equivalent.
• Proficient in Maintenance Technician 2 skills as defined on site matrix.
• Experience maintaining and repairing Hydraulics and Mechanical device systems.
• Strong technical skills and ability to analyze problems quickly.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate English effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to safety, quality procedures, and ethics.
• Read PM procedures, interpret drawings, and follow SPC trends.
• Inspect, test, measure, repair, and replace mechanical equipment per work instructions.
• Complete daily maintenance tasks and log results.
• Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and leads to improve safety and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain 5S in the work area.
• Train junior maintenance staff and troubleshoot PLC problems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and install new equipment.
