Qualifications
- Requires at least 2 years in an industrial setting or a diploma in Industrial Maintenance Technology.
- Must be able to read blueprints.
- Must pass tests on Auxiliary Equipment & Electrical Equipment.
- Must pass Blue Bird D2 level test (PLC & troubleshooting).
- High school Diploma or equivalent GED.
- Must pass criminal background check, drug screen and physical.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic plumbing maintenance.
- Operate torch and welder.
- Layout, fabricate, and erect structures.
- Read electrical schematics and apply ladder logic.
- Operate hydraulic and pneumatic equipment and gas train systems.
- Maintain and repair factory equipment daily (machine tools, compressors, HVAC, plating, assembly).
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and order parts.
- Schedule and complete routine/preventative equipment maintenance.
