Job summary

Paycom seeks a skilled maintenance technician to install, maintain, and repair furnaces and related equipment in our facilities. You will work with PLCs, electronic and electrical systems, and support the maintenance and production teams to ensure safe, reliable operation.

The role requires hands-on electrical and mechanical experience, completion of Motor Control 1&2, PLC logic, and programming. Travel to job sites and overtime may be required for customer needs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on electrical and mechanical experience required.
• Motor Control 1&2 training completed; PLC logic controls experience.
• Experience with PLC programming and hardware troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair furnaces, equipment, and buildings per diagrams and manuals.
• Troubleshoot microprocessor-based systems, electronic and power distribution equipment.
• Provide support to maintenance and production departments; travel as needed.
