Job summary

All Flex is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Northfield, MN to repair, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment and facility systems. Reports to the Facilities Director. Shift is Monday-Friday 2P-10:30P and offers an hourly rate with annual bonus and profit-sharing opportunities.

The role supports plant floor and building infrastructure, ensuring safe and smooth operations with adherence to safety protocols and proper PPE usage.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining production equipment.
• Knowledge of PLC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with building infrastructure maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair building and production equipment using PLC, electrical, and mechanical expertise
• Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled service on equipment
• Support new equipment installation and equipment modifications
• Maintain physical property, including painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and major repairs
• Maintain walkways, entryways, and general facility upkeep
• Assist the Facilities Director in developing maintenance priorities
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
