Job summary

All Flex Solutions in Northfield, MN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to repair, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment and facility systems. The role reports to the Facilities Director with a Monday–Friday 2P–10:30P shift, supporting both plant floor operations and building infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will perform preventive maintenance, assist with new equipment installations, and follow safety protocols to keep operations safe and efficient.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing production equipment using PLC, electrical, and mechanical expertise.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and scheduled service on equipment.
• Support installation of new equipment and equipment modifications.

About The Role

We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of duties related to repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining production equipment and facility systems. This role supports both the plant floor and building infrastructure and is essential to keeping operations running safely and smoothly.

The Maintenance Technician reports directly to the Facilities Director. Shift is Monday-Friday 2P-10:30P.

We offer a competitive hourly rate in the $30 to $35 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus and profit-sharing opportunities tied to performance.
