Everlast Roofing, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on metal roofing manufacturing equipment and facility systems, with a focus on minimizing downtime and supporting safe, efficient plant operations.

Key duties include diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on roll formers, presses, forklifts, and conveyors; using Upkeep to manage work orders; and coordinating with vendors for specialized repairs.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• 3+ years industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting, programming, and HMI systems.

Responsabilidades

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment (roll formers, slitters, presses, shears, forklifts, wrapping equipment).
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Inspect and maintain motors, bearings, drives, conveyors, and control panels.
• Assist with equipment setup, calibration, and changeovers for production runs.
• Maintain maintenance logs, work orders, and inspection records.
• Support facility systems including lighting, HVAC, and water systems.
• Follow OSHA safety policies and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve equipment issues and coordinate with vendors.
