The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical skills, experience with PLC-controlled systems, and the ability to read diagrams and specifications.

Qualifications

• 3 years of maintenance technician experience in a production environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Ability to diagnose and repair PLC-controlled equipment and interpret ladder logic.

Responsibilities

• Repair and replace faulty components to maintain continuous production.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement timely solutions.
• Install and upgrade machinery as needed and perform preventative maintenance on CNC saws and related equipment.
• Document actions and communicate needs across teams.
