Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a mechanic/electrician in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical systems and equipment.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting PLC systems.
• Ability to read electrical, pneumatic and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and make repairs as necessary.
• Perform routine safety and environmental inspections.
• Troubleshoot and repair facility support equipment and building infrastructure.
• Maintain equipment in accordance with a written Preventive Maintenance Program.
• Maintain accuracy of equipment drawings and manuals as modifications are made.
• On a limited basis, perform production duties as needed.
• Housekeeping associated with maintenance and production as needed.
• Any other duties that may arise in the area of Site Maintenance.
• Administrate reporting requirements for Site HSE plans
