Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair equipment across our facility in Eagan, MN. The role focuses on ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency of heavy automated packaging systems and mechanical/electrical controls.

You will perform preventive maintenance and collaborate with the team to resolve issues promptly. The position is onsite in Eagan, MN with a contract-to-hire arrangement.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining mechanical systems, pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Electrical troubleshooting up to 480V.
• Proficiency with PLCs and control systems.
• Welding capability as needed.
• Experience with conveyors and equipment repair.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues within the facility.
• Repair and maintain equipment, including pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems up to 480V.
• Work with heavy amounts of automated packaging equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues efficiently.
