Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for an onsite role in Mequon, WI. You will maintain and repair electrical and mechanical systems, troubleshoot to minimize downtime, and perform preventive maintenance across a broad range of industrial machinery.

Ideal candidates bring hydraulics/pneumatics expertise, PLC troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Strong hydraulics and pneumatics experience.
• Proficient in PLC troubleshooting and repair.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair electrical and mechanical components across the facility.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance on a range of industrial machinery.
• Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, and complex electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot PLC systems; Allen Bradley and Siemens exposure a plus.
• Read blueprints and schematics; own problems to resolution.
