Job summary

Vylor, Inc. in Princeton, IL, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support plant operations by performing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.

You will create and close work orders in CMMS, manage assets and parts, support capital projects with vendors and internal teams, and uphold safety and compliance standards. Requires a high school diploma/GED, a valid US driver's license, and 2–3 years of industrial maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in basic computer skills.
• Physically able to stand, lift up to 60 lbs, and work in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe maintenance practices and drive risk reduction.
• Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance.
• Create, modify, and close work orders in CMMS with labor and parts records.
• Support capital projects with vendors and internal teams.
• Maintain plant shop and tools; ensure safe operation and readiness.
• Maintain Enterprise Asset Management system and provide training.
