Job summary

Vylor is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its York, NE location to support plant operations through corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance. You will manage work orders in CMMS, coordinate parts and labor, and contribute to reliability and continuous improvement initiatives in a safety-driven environment.

The role requires 12-hour shifts, night/weekend work availability, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Holds a valid US driver's license.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient in basic computer skills.
• Possess basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn, understand, and apply mechanical concepts.
• Demonstrates problem solving, teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe practices to meet company safety standards.
• Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance.
• Create, modify and close work orders in CMMS with proper labor/parts records.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors to execute maintenance tasks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain plant shop and maintenance tools; assist with grounds and facility upkeep.
