Job summary

Vylor, Inc. is seeking a skilled electrical technician to operate and maintain plant equipment on-site at Corteva’s location in St. Joseph, Illinois.

You will perform electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and inspections, while supporting the electrical safety program and ensuring regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates have Journeyman Electrical experience, NEC knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and strong computer skills to manage records and use SAP within an industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Journeyman electrician required.
• Ability to interpret NEC codes.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to drive company vehicle.
• Proficient with MS Office; able to learn company software systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate plant equipment including electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control devices.
• Perform electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and inspections as scheduled.
• Support electrical safety program and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Follow safety procedures (OSHA, PSM) and improve safety through program improvements.
• Maintain equipment records and drawings; support production during peak seasons.
