Job summary

Vylor Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our Doniphan, NE facility. You will perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability, safety, and uptime, while managing CMMS work orders and coordinating parts.

You will engage with contractors and internal teams, uphold safety standards, and contribute to reliability improvements. A high school diploma or GED and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid US driver’s license required.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and collaborate with teams.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and mechanical concepts.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work meets safety standards and drive risk reduction.
• Support plant operations with corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance.
• Create, modify and close work orders in CMMS, document labor and parts.
• Provide maintenance support for capital projects with vendors and internal teams.
• Maintain plant shop and maintenance tools in good condition.
• Lead or assist grounds and facility maintenance as needed.
• Use predictive maintenance tools to identify issues and update PM plans.
• Complete fabrication projects to improve plant processes and safety.
• Maintain detailed equipment records and prints.
• Plan and lead project work with Operations to minimize production interruptions.
• Maintain Enterprise Asset Management system and provide user training and support.
