Job summary

Vylor is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Reinbeck, Iowa site to support production through proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems. You will ensure equipment operations and follow safety and quality procedures daily.

The role requires experience with motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and HVAC, plus PLC familiarity. Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, and on-call during peak seasons is essential.

Qualifications

• Industrial millwright maintenance experience.
• Knowledge and experience troubleshooting motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and HVAC.
• Ability to weld, repair and fabricate equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical systems and equipment to support production.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and control devices.
• Review work queues and organize tasks with supervisor and team.
• Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance.
