Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Plant Operations staff member for its Bowling Green facility to help keep the building, grounds, equipment, and utilities in excellent running order. The role supports the Plant Operations Director and contributes to a safe, well-maintained environment for residents and staff.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED or equivalent related work experience, with ability to operate various grounds and facility maintenance equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
• Ability to operate equipment such as lawn mower, weed eater, blower, edger, pressure washer, chainsaw.

Responsibilities

• Assist Plant Operations Director to ensure facilities, equipment, and utilities are in good working order.
• Maintain property grounds in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
