Bowling Green Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to join our 66-bed skilled nursing facility in Bowling Green, Kentucky. You will maintain building systems, respond to repairs, perform routine inspections, and assist with on-call maintenance to keep residents' environment safe and welcoming.
The role requires healthcare setting experience and knowledge of Life Safety regulations.
Formación
- Previous maintenance experience in healthcare or long-term care setting.
- Knowledge of Life Safety regulations and healthcare compliance standards.
- Experience with plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and on-call rotation participation.
Responsabilidades
- Maintain facility equipment, systems, and building operations.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs throughout the facility.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with Life Safety Codes and healthcare regulatory standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of facility grounds and equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.
- Assist with vendor coordination and outside contractors as needed.
- Support a safe and clean environment for residents and staff.
