Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Plant Operations Staff member for Parkwood to help keep facilities, equipment, and utilities in good working order while grounds are maintained in accordance with policy and regulations. The role supports the Plant Operations Director and residents’ wellbeing.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and ability to operate equipment such as lawn mower, weed eater, blower, and chainsaw. Competitive benefits are included with this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
• Ability to operate various pieces of equipment to include: lawn mower, weed eater, blower, edger, pressure washer, chainsaw, etc.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
