Signature HealthCARE's Harrodsburg Health & Rehab Center is seeking a Plant Operations Staff member to help maintain facilities, equipment and utilities, ensuring safe and compliant operations. The role supports the Plant Operations Director and contributes to a well-kept campus for residents and staff.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and the ability to operate a range of maintenance equipment. A comprehensive benefits package and Signature Perks are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
• Ability to operate various pieces of equipment to include: lawn mower, weed eater, blower, edger, pressure washer, chainsaw, etc.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Plant Operations Director by maintaining facilities, equipment and utilities in good working order.
• Maintain property grounds in accordance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.
