Job summary

Fabpro Polymers, a subsidiary of Master Builders Solutions, is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Kingman, KS. You will perform repairs on motors, pumps, and other components, operate machines, and troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic issues to keep production running efficiently.

The role requires hands-on skills in machine shop work, welding, and safe tool handling, with a focus on preventive maintenance and quick repairs to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 3 years of industrial maintenance mechanic or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to analyze problems and error conditions on the production floor and implement viable solutions.
• Safety oriented.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operation of machinery by completing preventive maintenance on motors, pneumatic tools, conveyors, vacuum systems, and production machines.
• Fabricate repair parts using machine shop equipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment by following procedures and regulations.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely.
• Use hand and power tools for light fabrication and welding.
• Keep organized toolbox and shop area.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks on assigned machines.
• Repair production-down equipment as needed.
• Perform other tasks as instructed by management.
