Job summary

Westfall Technik, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to oversee the repair, upkeep, and preventive maintenance of machinery and facility systems in a manufacturing setting. The role ensures safe and efficient operation of production equipment and requires troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic domains.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in industrial maintenance, reads schematics, and can work with CMMS, PLCs, multimeters, and various hand tools.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance preferred.
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Experience using CMMS systems and diagnostic equipment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environments.

Responsibilities

Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on production machinery, tools, and facility systems (e.g., HVAC, compressors, electrical panels).
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools and schematics.
Repair or replace defective components, including motors, bearings, belts, sensors, pumps, valves, and wiring.
Perform welding, fabrication, or machining when necessary for equipment repair or modification.
Document maintenance activities accurately in CMMS and logs.
Support kaizen, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing initiatives within maintenance.
