Timberland Partners invites applicants for a Maintenance Technician role at Pelican Cove in Florissant, MO. You will handle resident work requests, perform make-readies, and conduct preventative maintenance to keep the property in top condition.

The position requires 2–3 years in multifamily maintenance, EPA HVAC license, and strong electrical/plumbing skills. On-call shifts are included with compensation; excellent benefits and 401(k) are offered.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of multifamily maintenance experience required.
• EPA universal license for HVAC required.
• CPO license preferred.
• Strong electrical and plumbing skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, all major appliances including washer and dryer.
• Experience with turnover “make-readies” of apartments.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer proficiency preferred.

Ready to join Team Timberland? Pelican Cove is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our 402-unit property in Florissant, MO. You’ll play a key role in providing an outstanding living experience for our residents by taking ownership of general upkeep, unit turns, and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Schedule:

Monday - Friday and a rotating on-call schedule (additional stipend compensation provided for on-call shifts).

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range:

$27.00 - $29.00/hr + quarterly bonuses based on property performance and exceptional customer service.
