Timberland Partners’ Pelican Cove in Florissant, MO, a 402-unit community, seeks a Maintenance Technician to own upkeep, unit turns, and preventative maintenance. You’ll respond to resident requests, keep grounds and facilities in top condition, and support on-call emergencies as needed.

Requirements include 2–3 years in multifamily maintenance, EPA universal HVAC license, and strong electrical/plumbing skills; CPO license preferred. High school diploma and basic computer skills are needed.

Formación

• 2–3 years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• EPA universal HVAC license required.
• CPO license preferred.
• Strong electrical and plumbing skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances.
• Experience with apartment turnover/make-readies.
• High school diploma or GED; basic computer proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver timely, high-quality results for resident work requests and daily maintenance.
• Maintain grounds, amenities, and common areas to high standards.
• Identify and resolve safety or upkeep issues for residents’ protection.
• Execute make-readies and final checks for flawless move-ins.
• Provide on-call emergency support on a rotating schedule.
• Follow safety procedures to protect team and residents.
