Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to provide exceptional service to our residents. This role works closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to perform repairs and preventive maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances on an on-site property.

The ideal candidate has a valid driver's license, strong customer service, and a willingness to work on-call hours. EPA certification is preferred, with certification required within 90 days if applicable.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
• EPA certification preferred. If required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of the employment start date.
• Maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances and related systems.
• Complete apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and turnover checklists.
• Maintain common areas (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash, cleaning windows).
• Monitor building exterior for roof, siding, and related issues.
• Support preventive maintenance programs and safety of equipment.
• Enter newly purchased tools into inventory and keep workspace clean.
• Observe all safety rules and work cooperatively with team.
