Job summary

ZRS Management in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional service to residents. You will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to perform skilled, efficient and professional repairs and upkeep across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances and other systems.

Responsibilities include completing apartment turnover within 3–5 business days, maintaining common areas, monitoring exterior conditions, contributing to preventive maintenance,

Qualifications

Valid driver's license with proof of automobile insurance.
HVAC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform independent maintenance repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances.
Complete apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and turnover checklist.
Maintain common areas, cleanliness and safety standards.
Monitor exterior for roof, siding, shutters issues.
Support preventive maintenance program and inventory management.
Ensure safe condition of equipment and structures; report issues.
Update inventory with new tools and equipment; keep area orderly.
