• 3+ years of related maintenance/repair experience.
• May require area-specific certification or licensure.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned maintenance requests in a timely, organized manner.
• Communicate effectively with management, staff, and vendors.
• Operate trade tools and maintain inventory of materials/equipment.
• Maintain safety practices and ensure proper equipment function.
• Perform snow removal and grounds work as needed.
• Read blueprints/plans to determine work and resources.
