Job summary

SummitStone Health Partners in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician to perform a range of building trades tasks and routine maintenance across multiple facilities. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and timely completion of requests, with opportunities to identify and implement improvements.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years of related maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in installation, operation, construction, maintenance and/or repair work in a related field.
• Some positions may require area specific certification and/or licensure

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned maintenance requests in an organized, prioritized, and timely manner.
• Communicate maintenance issues with department management, staff, and vendors.
• Actively recognize property improvement opportunities and address such matters efficiently.
• Operate trade-related tools and equipment; maintain inventory of materials and equipment.
• Ensure company vehicles and tools are mechanically maintained; report major breakdowns to supervisor.
• Provide snow removal at various agency facilities and locations.
