Job Description

Resource Property Management is a locally owned and operated community association management firm currently seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians in Pinellas County.

Part Time: 20-30 hours weekly

Brief Job Description:

Perform routine janitorial and maintenance duties to maintain and preserve the physical integrity and appearance of the property’s common areas. Responsibilities include building repairs and upkeep of grounds, facilities, streets, and equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, light cleaning, plumbing, electrical repairs, HVAC, fire protection, life safety, and other building systems.

Requirements:

• Previous maintenance experience.
• CPO - Pool Certification is a plus, but not required.
• Knowledge of and experience in general maintenance, light plumbing, electrical work, and grounds maintenance.
• Ability to work outdoors in seasonal temperatures.
• Pass pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Proficient in operating hand tools, power equipment, and machinery.
• Good verbal communication skills.
