Mercy Housing is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Dudley on-site in San Francisco, CA. You will perform preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers while delivering high standards of cleanliness and customer service.

This role offers competitive pay of $25.00 to $25.75 per hour, early close Fridays and holiday hours paid, comprehensive health plans, PTO, holidays, and retirement options, with a focus on serving residents and maintaining safe, well-kept communities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of basic building maintenance required either through training or experience.
• Legally operate a motor vehicle (valid driver's license and insurance).
• Minimum of one year in skilled maintenance work.
• Technical training in one or more building trades preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely and accurate manner. Cleans up after work is complete.
• Performs repairs on the property, including painting, basic carpentry or wall repair, plumbing, and electrical.
• Cleans apartments during turnover process, as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.

The successful Maintenance Technician will complete preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers. As part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and customer service.

This is an on-site position.

Pay: $25.00 - $25.75depending on experience.

• Early close Fridays (3 paid hours off each Friday)
• Early close prior to a holiday (3 paid hours)
