Job summary

Mercy Housing in Savannah, GA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers. This on-site role requires attention to detail, customer service, and the ability to work independently as part of the maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs on the property, including painting, basic carpentry or wall repair, plumbing, and electrical.
• Cleans apartments during turnover process, as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Maintenance Technician

The successful Maintenance Technician will complete preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers. As part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and customer service.

This is an on-site position.

Pay: $20-22/hour, depending on experience.
