Job summary

Mars in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to answer line calls, troubleshoot packaging and processing equipment, and execute planned maintenance according to the PM schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be able to answer line calls and trouble shoot both packaging and processing equipment.
• Must be able to learn PM procedures and follow the PM schedule
• Ability to work and cover outages on other shifts
• Demonstrated ability to understand, communicate, read, and write basic work-related English

Responsibilities

• Completing scheduled PMs
• Following up on breakdowns that occur on shift
• Trouble shooting line calls on shift.
